Cliffs Heating

I engaged Cliff’s to install my emergency generator several yers ago. Today I had one of the annual tine-ups and maintenance calls. The technician was knowledgeable, and courteous. He was professional in his dispatch. He let me know timely any issues that may need my attention, and offered remedies without pressure. I am so very pleased with Cliff’s generally, and especially for the most recent service call I experienced April 17 2023.

The experience was excellent; they were very professional and used high quality equipment. Their installers were very friendly and helpful. I had a unique situation with them where there was a factory issue. They installed it prior to the cold season so when the furnace finally started up there was a malfunction or defect in the fan; they came out immediately and repaired it at no cost. Their price was competitive.

We were very impressed with the professional attitude of the gentleman who gave us the estimate. He did not attempt to sell us anything more than we needed, answered all of our questions and provided all the information needed. We received the price quotation when he left. He also explained that they would obtain the permit from the town and that we needed to fill out a form from our public service company in order to have the gas meter changed. We did check with the town and Cliff's was licensed to do business here. On the date scheduled the workers showed up on time and Immediately got to work. They worked steadily, without supervision, and completed the job on a timely basis. We would not hesitate to do business with Cliff's again and would recommend them to anyone wanting to have a generator installed.

On time, and on budget. Great guys to work with even if the boss is out of town. Bosses deserve a vacation too, and its nice to know the guys back at the ranch take care of business like it was thier own company.

They are a good company. They do maintenance visits. They also send coupons for services in the mail.

Installed a new furnace a few years ago. It was supposed to be a 96% efficient model with a two-speed fan unit. Well, to make a long story short, after we experienced problems with it later and a couple of bad service experiences with Cliff's, we had another guy come out only to find out that the furnace was not installed/wired correctly, and our two-stage unit was acting like a single speed unit. Also, they ended up killing a bush of mine by directing the exhaust pipe right into it. Don't use these clowns.

The service man arrived on time, was a friendly fellow, did the work he was contracted to do in a reasonable amount of time and was tidy.

DON'T USE THEM FOR REPAIRS, THEIR PRICES ARE VERY HIGH. WHEN THEY INSTALLED OUR NEW FURNACE, WE LIKED THE PRICE. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, AND DID A GREAT JOB. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM, BUT NOT FOR REPAIRS.

THEY WERE RIGHT ON WITH THE ESTIMATE THEY GAVE. IF THEY GAVE YOU A TIME THEY WERE VERY PROMPT. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH HOW THEY CLEANED UP ALL OFF THE MESS.
