We went to the showroom and picked out carpet, price was as expected. Sales told me it could be installed in 3 days but we were not ready, so we scheduled appt. for 1 1/2 weeks in advance and was told someone would be there about 8:30 am so I took the morning off work. When no one showed up by 11 am I called. I was told that our carpet was coming in around lunchtime & someone would be out later that day to install, I called off the remaining day of work. No one ever showed and I never received a call. The next morning I called and spoke with the store manager and was assured I was on the installers route. Several hours later a lone installer shows up and informed me I was not on their route so he had to make a special trip. There is one noticeable seam but other than that it looks good. I will not do business with them again in the future. A phone call and a little honesty goes a long way. I missed a days pay because someone couldn't pick up a phone, not once but twice, to let me know.

CARPET LAND USA IS A VERY REPUTABLE COMPANY, AND THEIR INSTALLERS KNOW HOW TO MAKE IT LOOK BEAUTIFUL. I WOULD DEFINITELY TELL EVERYONE NEEDING FLOORING TO CONTACT THESE GUYS.

THEY HAVE A REALLY GOOD SELECTION OF CARPET. THE INSTALLATION OF CARPET WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THE ONLY THING THEY DID WRONG WAS SHOW UP A LITTLE LATE.

THEY DID A QUALITY JOB WITH THE WORK AND WERE VERY PROMPT IN THEIR SERVICE. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN WHEN I NEED TO GET CARPET DONE IN THE FUTURE.

I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM. THEY HELPED ME PICK OUT THE BEST CARPET IN MY PRICE RANGE, AND THEN GAVE ME A GOOD PRICE FOR INSTALLATION. THEY DID GOOD.

THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL, AND THE CARPET WAS LAID STRAIGHT. THERE WERE NO BUBBLES IN THE CARPET. THE PROCESS OF ORDERING AND INSTALLING THE CARPET IN MY HOUSE WAS A EASY ONE.

I HAVE ALWAYS HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY, BECAUSE THEY HAVE GOOD SERVICE. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF LAYING THE CARPET. I WAS QUITE SATISFIED WITH IT.

THEY ARE VERY PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL IN THEIR WORK ETHICS. WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE WAY THEY CLEANED UP ALL OF THE MESS, WHEN THEY GOT DONE AND GOT RID OF THE OLD CARPETING FOR US.
