Worker refused to respect our request for him to let us know if he needed to come upstairs. My wife was naked and he marched on up without hesitation. Wife was quite shaken and service was never finished. Worker or owner refuse to accept responsibility. No apology to this day. This family rented out an illegal property that is not up to state code and stole our money. Stay away folks....a sinking ship for sure

The electrician showed up on time. He knew how to deal with an electrical system that is no longer used, the low-voltage system, so I was pleased because not everybody knows how to work with low-voltage. He's a nice guy. He's just conscientious and clean. He did the work in a timely manner. I had made the initial appointment with the owner over the phone and nobody ever showed up and so I called and he said he had forgotten about the appointment.

Dependable- effiecient and thorough- we could not have asked for anything more!

We didn't have any complaints. They were very responsive and they took care of the problem right away. The tenant seemed to be satisfied. They were timely and their prices were reasonable.

Boender Electric did a great job at a good price. I highly recommend them. John Boender came out to the job site and gave me an estimate (on a Saturday) several months prior to the time I placed the order. They did the work when I asked at the estimated price. I had very specific requirements, all of which they discussed with me and included in the job. Everything was properly done and passed inspection on the inspector's first inspection. They did the work in one day, in a cold unheated house in January. To top it off, they realized that I had a small sidewalk outside that would need to be broken-up so that the underground power cable could be brought to the house; so they left their jackhammer for me so I could break up the sidewalk! That was beyond "good service" and beyond my expectations.

They were subcontracted by the company that built a room addition for us, and they did a super job. They installed 5 outlets, a ceiling fan/light, and a switch. Very prompt and courteous, neat and efficient. I'd definitely hire them again.

The electrician arrived when scheduled and was very professional.

THEY WERE ALWAYS ON TIME, WHICH IS IMPORTANT TO ME. THEY WERE ALSO VERY HONEST WITH ME BECAUSE I DON'T REALLY UNDERSTAND ELECTRICAL STUFF. THEY MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS PART OF THE SOLUTION.
