About us
Smart Energy Aire is a Heating and Air Conditioning Company with offices in Salem and Bedford, Indiana. We accept every service call with the intent to repair the system. We do not employ salesmen within our company to ensure that all Service Technicians are focused on repair, energy savings, and safety. Our service call is $35 and we bill hourly at $54 per man hour. Services we offer
We repair gas furnaces, heat pumps, condensers, some gas grills, fireplaces, and appliances as well. We also advise customers of all energy saving ugrade's that can be made to their existing structure to increase Energy Efficiency. These audited items consist of window and door sealing, caulking, checking attic fans for correct functionality, recommendation of air filtration products and regular Preventative Maintenance that can save more energy and money as well.
Services we don't offer
We do not offer duct cleaning, attic fan installation, refrigeration, duct installation, or any work that can be described as more than 12 feet off the ground. We reserve the right to decline any work that does not suite our normal scope of business.
