When I first called to schedule for the furnace to be put in, it was slow. We ended up having a snow storm and then work had to be halted altogether. The snow storm came after the projected time they told me they would have it in, I didn't order any extra firewood, and had to go out and buy numerous room heaters to stay warm. They finally finished the installation in January of 2005. I rented the house for two years and traveled, I cannot say that the problems I was told about were accurate, but from 12/2006 until now, I have had nothing but problems every year. Furnace running, but no heat coming out, just cold air. Air conditioning froze up numerous times. It actually took a call to another repair company to get it fixed so that we didin't have problems again. Cats coming in through the cold air return.
If my husband or myself did our jobs in the manner this job was done, someone would have died and we would have been sued for malpractice.
We will never use this company again.
