Oh my goodness these folks did an awesome job. I had another company come in and spray but it didn't kill the bugs and they wouldn't do a follow up visit when i called them and complained. I called Arab and they were there the next day. The technicians were pleasant and very easy to talk to and reassured me that they guaranteed their work and would come back if needed. Needless to say i did not have to call them, but they did call me to check and make sure everything was ok. That is the kind of service everyone should give! The cost of the service from Arab may seem high to some people, but the first company i had come in and service my house was a lot more price wise and a lot less friendly and caring.
