The biggest problem we have had with PSC was its TV service. It would go out for varying lengths of time for no good reason we could discern and do it multiple times in a night. Even after reporting specific times it went out and for how long, the problem wasn't fixed, so we dropped the service. This is when it first came out, and may not be a problem now. Other than that, we have always had
good service from PSC and are happy with the telephone and internet provided.Licensing
