After the initial meeting she gave me one that day, she spent an hour and a half with us. She talked about our dog and explained what she feels is wrong, and what the treatment will be. She calls me all the time and ask me how he is and if there are any changes in what he's doing, and how he's doing. I had some concerns about his hind feet when it was so cold he wasn't walking right. I don't know if it was part of his disease. She gave me an appointment to check him out. She could not find anything wrong and did not charge me a thing.
I don't know about the previous reviewer's experience, but I've never been in this clinic and smelled anything but clean - and I've been in ALL areas of this clinic from the front door to the back door, and everything in between. My wait time varies, but it's never been intolerable. These vets take whatever time is required to provide high quality care; I want my pets to receive the same kind of treatment, so if I have to wait a bit while another animal in need is treated, that's fine with me.
