Horrible. The stove top was damaged when installed. There was a large scratch on the top, poor coverage of the paint on the left side of the top, and a chip in the enamel on the stove top edge. The store owner 'Sandy' agreed to correct the damage to my satisfaction. I paid for the fireplace (very stupid thing to do) with the understanding that Sandy would correct the problems. It took from 9/24 until November to get the touch-up paint. When the Hearth and Home representative came to touch up the chip and scratch he did not have any enamel filler just the touch up paint. It did not correct the problems. I called repeatedly asking for Sandy to stand behind her word and replace the top but she will not call me back. No one ever seems to be able to answer the phone at Hearth and Home. I feel so stupid. Why did I trust her and pay for the stove? At least if I had not paid Hearth and Home would be motivated to correct the problem. Now they could care less. Trying to work through the credit card company to reverse the charge has a lot of limitations. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They don't stand behind their products or installation.
