The project went quickly and the repaired areas were left clean.

He had offered early on to see if someone would step in for him on this job (he had a partner but my job was a two man job). I called on Saturday morning and he said he was better but he had helped some friends move over the weekend and he hurt his arm again. I asked him on Saturday to see if he could find someone else to do the work like he had previously offered. He said he would call me one way or the other but never called. I've canceled the check which he had not cashed yet but I lost so much time on this project. I now have to start over with bids. I do not appreciate the way I was treated. I had no idea it was going to take this long just to find out he wasn't going to be able to do the work. Very unprofessional way to run a business and a poor way to treat customers.

It went very well. Charles and his crew were very professional. They cleaned up after themselves each day. They also either answered or returned all of our calls. The job looks better than we expected and they did a few little things that were not asked for. They were very detailed.
