Description of Work: ed these folks a number of years ago, when they were located in Kokomo. They remodeled a bathroom for us. I can not recommend them, unless they've had a complete change in management.

 + -1 moreIncredible kitchens and baths are not what is at this address. They have formed a new company that does kitchens and baths. Its name at the present time is The Factory Outlet. It is run by some of the employees and owners of the previous company. Still supposedly do the same type of repair and restoration of kitchens and baths. All I can tell you at this time. I did request an estimate of some of their services and will report when that is done. Still waiting on what time frame the task is to be done

 + -1 moreProjected installation date was delayed several times. Original estimate of "4-6 workdays" stretched to more like 10. This eventually became a real problem for us because we have 3 escape-prone -- and very nervous -- cats who had to be confined every day for the whole time. This is not the contractor's fault, of course, but it is a real problem for us anytime we have work done inside the house. Installers tended to show up later than promised, took long lunch breaks and sometimes left earlier than expected. They did clean up thoroughly. Project costs came in under budget. Very pleased with professional design assistance and suggestions provided.
Description of Work: Master bathroom remodel: -- 1) design and install marble walk-in shower and custom doors to replace old tub/shower unit; 2) new toilet; 3) replace carpet with ceramic tile; 4) 2 new light fixtures and exhaust fan; 5) replace sink faucet assembly

 + 0 moreWe got formica countertops with a wooden insert at the edge. There was no varnish applied to the wood which almost immediately was troubled. We called to complain, and a worker came out, and said in shock, "I don't think there ever was varnish put on this." DUH. We got some of the wooden surfaces varnished by him but not ALL.

 + -1 moreThey came to the house and measured, took pictures, etc. When they showed us the estimate and we picked out the materials, we wanted to stay below a certain figure, so they decided we should use linoleum instead of tile, changed cabinet brands (and tried to convince us that they were the same cabinets) and their lighting choices were not really appealing to us. There seemed to be no reason to continue the relationship.
Description of Work: Pricing was not competative. Local Reputation not good..We really liked the owner and he seemed thouough and to know what needed to be done. But when we questioned the price he kept lowering quality of product in order to ccmpete, so we just found another contractor and the work will begin around April 1.

 + -1 moreSee above. This was my first and last rehab experience.
Description of Work: I purchased Kraftmaid cabinetry for a rehab kitchen. I paid retail pricing plus installation from their female 'designer' who refused to give her last name. She said she would personally oversee complete installation. She was at my home for 30 minutes despite the fact that her 'team' faced a host of logistical problems with sizing vs. her measurement calculations. No regard had been given to an uneven floor; I was told they'd do the 'best' that they could, given the measurement discrepancies. Frustrated, I ended up calling a competitor to rectify Incredible's miscalculations and I now live with kitchen cabs that have 'filler' at eyelevel. I was also encouraged to order more expensive trim than necessary which you'll find in my garage. They refused to return or give me credit for $500 in unnecessary trim. Totally unprofessional and incompetent company.

 + 4 moreThey were very professional and paid attention to every detail. They always cleaned up at the end of the day. I couldn't be happier with the end result.
Description of Work: Kitchen was completely gutted, walls reframed and drywalled. New cabinets were installed. They installed tile floors and backsplash.
