LANHAM HEATING & COOLING

The condenser line was backed up. Water was pouring all over the floor into the laundry area. And of course, we discovered the problem at 5:30 PM, on the hottest day of the season so far. My husband tried to take care of it himself, but the line slipped through his fingers and dropped through to underneath the house's crawl space. We just moved into the house a few weeks ago, are new to town, so have no idea who to call. We first tried the company listed on the unit, but they could not come out until the next day. Another company that offered 24 hour emergency was not available until the next day. Lanham was here in an hour. Given that he had to go under the house (we have a modular home on a crawl space foundation) to find the line to fix it, I did not think that the overall fee of $95.00 for an after hours call was unreasonable. I will certainly keep them in mind for our regular HVAC service, which we do yearly, and the future replacement of the AC unit.

It was all good. He was prompt after I called to come reasonably sooner. He was reasonably fast. Every time I called and needed something, he responded at a reasonable time and would come and take care of the problems. There was nothing bad.
