I thought they were very timely. They came and gave an estimate within a couple days of me calling. The estimate was on target. The second time I used them he let me know that the cost was under the estimate. The work was done well. It is two man operation and I would recommend for them for smaller jobs.

I never saw an inspector until I called several times to get one out. At the time he finally came I was not home and Mr. Malcom told him he completed the job. The neighbor said the inspector never got up on the roof to look inside the attic. So I paid Mr. Malcom due to the fact the inspector approved the job. Then I called them back to come out to look inside the attic and they finally came out again and looked in the attic this time. The inspector that inspected the roof the first time retired and the new inspector could not believe what he saw. He put 2 "notice of violations" on the work and on January 19, 2007 he put "stop work order" on the work. There were 5 violations and the case # STR06-10671. Kept calling Mr. Malcom with no response and so did the City with no response. I hired an attorney to take pictures and a report on the work that they did to my house and I am still waiting on the report from the attorney. Now I have a roof that still is not code and paid $10,530.00
