Emerald Group developed a detailed price quote, engaged experts in each field (carpentry, glass, concrete, etc) and prepared an order / action plan.  All aspects of the order were triple checked before submission (colors, measurements, etc).  The work spanned several days.  All workers were courteous, thorough and skilled.  All went above and beyond the specific duties requested of them.  For example, they moved furniture and removed window coverings before installing windows.  They cleaned up after each day's worth of progress and they replaced window coverings / furniture when they were done.  Our contact, Nick, was typically present onsite when workers were performing.  This provided a sense of engagement, quality review and security.  We would receive an update of the work accomplished each day along with next steps and timing.  We were quite satisfied with the craftsmanship, courtesy and engagement by Nick and his team.

He was beyond outstanding and I would recommend him to any body. He was there within a week after he gave me the bid and he was the first bid back. I accepted the bid and he started a week later and just completed it a week ago. He's a contractor so he got the electricians here, the plumbers, we had some issues with a door, it had to be replaced, we got to finish carpentry, paint, flooring and drywall. What stood out was their professionalism, the cleanliness, always making sure he was here during the work processes, making sure that people showed up on time, giving me a timeline because I work out of my home, making sure they weren't in my way if possible most of the time, so there was just good communication.

Went very well. Nick is very attentive to detail and several times went above and beyond expectations. Flexible working with you on sweat equity. Would highly recommend.

They were excellent. There is an owner and a vice president. They also do design and build. They are a newly formed company. The work was excellent. He is very thorough and wants to know if you are satisfied with what they did. I was very satisfied they did a perfect job.
