Mr. Hess is very professional. We sought out three potential contractors for their quotes. Mr. Hess was very prompt, returning a quote in the mail the same day he viewed the work site. His price was comparable to the lower of the other two contractor's quotes, and we knew of Mr. Hess's reputation for quality of work and integrity. He had been the subcontractor who produced stamped concrete front porch and steps on our new home in 2000. We chose him because we were certain he would be easy to work with and would be very professional.

He has a small crew, four personnel, but one of the four is his co-owner and son-in-law, and he is the working supervisor. The employees are long term 18 and 19 years for two, and three and two for the other two, younger men. All were very hard workers, well organized, and worked well together without lost motion or wasted time. Mr. Hess is very responsive, and the work was performed quickly, professionally, with care given to cleanup at the end.

I would unreservedly recommend this firm for any job they would choose to bid on. Fine, honest, people who deliver a good

quality product!.

Excellent and trustworthy service. They gave us options and good advice on the front steps. Everything I heard about this company from neighbors was true--excellent service, professional, no problems. Be advised you will need to replace the dirt around the frame for the pour and reseed. We did not realize that at the time.

I was not in a hurry, so consequently they were not in a hurry to get here. However, once the process began it proceeded in a prompt manner and I ended up with a very nice completed project.

The came in and did an excellent job in a timely fashion. They communicated well and worked with me (scheduling) on some other home (wood) foundation work that need to be done while the porch was gone. The only downside is the were booked solid so I had to wait two months for them to actually do the work. Thats not really their fault.They are a little pricey but I don't mind paying extra for good work.

They came over to the house twice to do estimates, as the size of sun room changed based on the city's set back ordinances. They placed the frame for the footing, and called the inspector. After the inspector approved the frame, they poured the concrete footing. They were very professional. They were careful and did not make a mess (concrete pouring is messy) so the garden was still intact and unharmed. They cleaned up the area after the job was done.
