Joe Thomas is the Owner/Operator.  He came into our home, made friends with our two curious dogs, and went to work on the AC and electrical problem.  He was very careful not to track mud into the house and was very polite and professional.  He then noticed that our freon was low so he recommended servicing the compressor to avoid a future service call.  He gave us an estimate and then went to work.  He also discovered a  leak and let us know it needed repair and got our okay before he proceeded.  The final cost was very reasonable.
The next morning, my wife and I woke up to no air conditioning.  We called Joe's number to leave a voice mail.  He called back in less than five minutes and attempted to trouble shoot the problem over the phone to no avail.  He said he was on his way.  SUNDAY MORNING at 8:00 a.m.!  He arrived and immediately went to work with his same courtesy as the day before.  He discovered the problem and made the fix.  He stated that he should have checked it the previous service call.  He completed the repair and checked the unit over to ensure it was working properly and said, "looks like we got it." 
I asked him how much for the service call and he responded with, "No charge, I guarantee our work." 
This is the third time we've had Hoosier Home Heating Inc. out to our home for various H.V.A.C. issues of an aging furnace and AC system.  They are polite, honest, timely, and professional.  One of the best in the Region, hands down.
