We called to renew our snow removal contract that we have had for a few years. We were told they only do snow removal for clients who have lawn care services as well. This has not been the case previously but I understand things change; however, the concern I had was how absolutely rude and hateful the female employee was who passed this news. We will not be returning to them for any future needs.

My experience with them was good! When it comes to punctuality, whenever you call them, they make an effort to come as soon as possible.

The expediency when you call them, they come in a week or two. Their cleanup is excellent. They always clean up their mess. I've been very well pleased.
