eKC Heating & Cooling is a great company to deal with. Keith was very prompt and polite. He introduced himself and ask what the issue was with the system. I began telling him and he started to check it immediately. He was very quick to find the problem and repaired and checked the complete system. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing service. I felt they were very honest.

Keith was very professional and clean. Very polite and also was informative on what was going on and what he was going to do. He showed me and helped me understand what was happening with my furnace. He is a very down to earth person and I would definitely refer and use him for any heating/ac service I will need in the future!
