The inspection revealed hidden structural damage that would have potentially cost us thousands of dollars of unexpected repairs. Mr. Quinn was very thorough in his inspection and we were extremely happy with his thoroughness. He did not just walk around the house with a check list and look at the house. He actually did what I expect when someone inspects a house and crawled in on and around the entire house. I would highly recommend him and will look to hire him again when we find another property we are interested in. Thank you!

Very thorough and professional. Chris accurately characterized the condition of the house so I could make informed decisions about its value and necessary maintenance. The report was outstanding with plenty of photos and explanations. This was particularly valuable since I wasn't able to accompany Chris on the inspection.

The inspection was conducted in a very professional manor. The inspector talked through everything he was looking at and everything he was writing down. There were no surprises from what he told me in person versus what was in the final report. He showed up on time, early actually. Very thorough.
