ADVANCED GUTTERING PLUS

It went very poorly. It took them 9 months and almost switching to a new company to get them to begin the work. There seemed to be a lot of confusion disconnects on when parts would come in and when each stage of the work could be completed. My order kept getting pushed back for various reasons such as weather, parts, workers available, ect. Over the weekend that the roof work was completed they used the garage and driveway as a storage unit even though no work was being completed over the weekend for parts and vehicles. Clean up was spotty and I believe 2 flat tires may have resulted from roofing and gutter screws/nails making their way from the yard to the driveway. There were several weeks between the roof repair and gutter repair and then final window replacement. So, the whole job took right at 10 months from the initial call. The 1 window that needed to be replaced was completed but they did not seal or insulate the side of the window. After they destroyed the trim they threw it away and did not bother to replace it. So, half the window has trim and half the window has a big gap where there should be quarter round present. I was not pleased with the timing or quality of the work by this company.

We called a few companies and they called back and gave us an estimate. Their amount matched the job and seems to be very professional.
