Pfister was recommended by a friend so I tried them. They scheduled an appointment and were there promptly on time. The lead man was knowledgeable and quickly found the problem. With the help of a second man they replaced the clogged section and showed me what and where the problem was. I now know where the pipe runs and about how deep so I can do it myself if it recurs.
I was happy with the service but the price seemed awfully high for the short time they were on the property. They gave an approximate charge rate that basically matched the bill I received so there wasn't any misrepresentation, but the cost gets high pretty quickly at the rates they charge.
