I just want him to do what I want him to do. Sometimes he forges ahead and I have to tell him to undo what he did.

"Unfortunately these situations happen. This was a snow removal account where the agreed upon amount of snow was 4'. The snow fall accumlation was right on the line we felt it to be our responsibility to go ahead and plow. The customer later informed us that she did not want plowed that time. We apologized and she never recieved a bill for the removal. Tyler Walchle Vice President"
