I have called numerous times a month to get this resolved, I was told at 1st I had to have an acct number, HELLO! I cannot get service in this area there is no acct! Then on several occasions I was told the funds would be put back into my acct and they were not! I asked for a supervisor and was told there was not one avail, once a "supervisor" called back and told me they would stop immediately and refund the money, that was 2 months ago. HELP!!
Description of Work: I subscribed via 5/3 Bank Debit card @ The Cinti Boat Show for Sunday home delivery of The Cinti Enquire Newspaperin 1/2010. I never received 1 paper yet they debited my bank acct $36.00 Mo when I called I was told they did not deliever in my area I asked them to refund the bank acct and stop debiting. Every month despite repeated calls they continue to debit, it is now May and once again they have debited my acct! Help! I am pretty sure if I would have taken $36. worth of papers a month w/o paying and owed the Enquirer $36x 5 I would be in big trouble! I am now unemployed and they will not stop taking my money!! HELP!
