After my first experience with Reynolds Plumbing, I wouldn't use anyone else. The water heater in our new house was tripping the breaker and providing insufficient hot water. I spoke with Doug Mikesell at Reynolds about the pros/cons of fixing it vs. installing a new heat pump/hybrid water heater. I opted to fix the old one until other needed house repairs are done. The tech, Michael, arrived exactly on time. He not only fixed the water heater, but cleaned up and rewound the hose I'd use to drain it. A very polite and knowledgeable young man. Reynolds was a very positive experience from start to finish, and the rate was extremely reasonable.

I called Reynolds Plumbing and they responded very quickly. I was very happy with the technician and the quality of work. I would definitely call them again in the future!!

The serviceman was able to come the same day I called. He called before arriving and was on time. He was very professional and polite. He explained in detail what was wrong and what he had to do to fix things. He cleaned out all of the screens in my faucets and cleaned up everything before leaving. I would definitely hire them again

Called on 6/24/13 about a problem with my A/C unit not turning on, they advised they would be able to send somebody out the next day (6/25/13) at 10:45am. About 10:15am on 6/25/13 I received a call from the office that the repairman was running late and would not be there for another hour. Fortunately the repairman arrived at 11:15am. He quickly diagnosed the problem and added freon to get the a/c unit working until he could order in a new switch.
Received a call from the office on 6/27/13 that the switch would be in on friday or the following monday. On tuesday (7/2/13) they advised the switch was in and wanted to schedule repairs. I advised I was available the next day for them to come out. I asked for an estimate on the repairs. The office advised they didnt have anything but would send something that night before they left and the repairman would have a copy with him when he showed up in the morning (I was hoping for this estimate as I had an insurance plan on the house and this would help with processing before the work). I did not receive a copy of the estimate that night and the repairman advised he was never told he needed to have a copy either. He was able to replace the switch quickly although left quite an excess of wire from the replacement switch hanging out the back. He also said he was not concerned about the low freon and advised to have them come out and check the levels periodically.

Went great, professional, careful of walls, and cleaned up after self!
