When my refrigerator failed in the summertime, I had a time finding a repairman. I called four and was told it would be a week. I did not want to go a week without any refrigeration! I called Koon's and was told that they only service the appliances they sell. My refrigerator did not come from their store, but that was hardly my fault since the frig was in the house when I bought it. A friend of mine who is a regular customer of Koon's asked if they would please make an exception. They did, and the Koon's repairman came to my house that afternoon. He diagnosed the problem easily. had the replacement part in his truck, showed me the old part and how it failed, and got my frig working. I am grateful to Koon's for agreeing to come to my house.

Koons are well knowen in the Richmond area for preforming top rated work and if we ever need work or a new applance we would look at them first

It went great, I called them in the morning, within I'd say four hours they were here. He came in, explained to me what the problem was, what the costs were, and he fixed it.
