ON THANKSGIVING DAY, I GOT A CALL FROM A RENTER THAT HIS SEWER LINE HAD PLUGGED UP. HE HAD A HOUSE FULL OF FAMILY. I CALLED DIVERSIFY AS ONE OF THE PEOPLE LISTED IN THE YELLOW PAGES. THEY ANSWERED AND PROMISED A CALL BACK FROM THEIR SERVICE MAN. THE CALL BACK NEVER CAME. I TRIED TO CALL THEM BACK, BUT THE PHONE DID NOT ANSWER. WILL NEVER CALL THEM AGAIN.
