 + -1 moreEven though Chris spent a couple of hours at our house working on the problem, because he wasn't able to resolve the problem, he never billed me! He said he could not charge me because he could not solve my problem!
Description of Work: Ruemler's came out to try to find out why our heat pipes burst in the middle of the night and why we could not get heat to a particular area of the house. He couldn't get it to go through one of the loops.
