They were very clean. They used only the basement door to go in and out. They put up plastic so the fumes wouldn't go upstairs. They were open to our suggestions, inspections and critiques and very responsive to those concerns. They were on time. They did everything they said they were going to do. They were available 100% of the time by phone. They were quick to address or correct ANY situations that came up to my satisfaction. Their prices were EXTREMELY competitive. They give free estimates. We were never pressured with a bill.
Description of Work: I got the water out. We do not have a finished basement. They came in and treated with anti-bacterial and anti-mold agents for mold and mildew. They scraped the walls. They put in fans to dry everything out. They determined which furniture was destroyed and broke it up and hauled it away. They painted over certain surfaces and the stairwell where there they thought there were prime spots for mold to grow.
