REPUBLIC SERVICES OF WESTERN INDIANA

I heard on the local news that the city of Terre Haute was offering curbside recycling. I contacted the mayor's office for details and was referred to this company. I called them and was told that for $5.50/month they would pick up my recycling and would also provide a container for pickup. Over a month later, I still have not received the container and my recycling has never been picked up. I've called repeatedly and after being left on hold without speaking to anyone was transferred to the customer service voice mail box. Each time I called I left a message asking when the container would be delivered and to please call back. I've never received a return phone call. They are not consistent at general garbage collection either. I would advise no one use this company.
