They arrived on time, and were courteous and professional. It took them a while of fiddling around with the unit to determine that the issue was a miswiring of the thermostat. My thermostat was really old, and they asked if it would be all right if they replaced it with a new one, which I was hoping they would do. They replaced the thermostat, rewired things to be correct, and now my system is functioning properly. The only downside is that they charged me $300 for a $150 thermostat. I understand the desire to make a profit, but that is a little outrageous!

I have a tankless water heater and they had to replace the whole thing. I would rate them high overall.
