I locked myself out of the house. It was during one of the winter snow storms we had so take that into consideration. He arrived withen 20 min. Of my call and that was great but had to go back and get the proper tool need to get in. Once he started he could not pick the lock on the front door or the garage entrance door so he had to drill a hole in a brand new lock I had just replaced a week prior.

They do a great job. I always can expect to be satisfied when doing work here, which I is why I continue to go back. They are easy to work with and fairly inexpensive.
