Description of Work: Contractor was supposed to install footing drain tile across the front of the house and down both sides and extend to the rear of the lot for a gravity drain. Instead they routed the drain into the crawl space sump pump pit to avoid the excavation all the way to the rear of the lot. They also were to repair a sagging foundation corner, on which they left significant gaps between the replacement block work and the house sill plate. Not discovered initially because the vinyl siding was covering it. In addition, during their excavation they severed the electric line to the outside in-ground well pump, they refused to answer my letter requesting they return the $225.00 it cost me to have this repaired. This was not discovered immediately because the house was temporarily vacant at that time because of repairs being done. They also promised verbally to reset a vinyl storage shed that they moved during excavation, no one ever came back at all. In my opinion, this company is run by liars and cheats who have no intention of living up to their word.
