Superman's Paint and Drywall Specialist

Marvin was contracted to drywall 2 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, pantry and laundry room along with painting the whole inside of house. After one month not one single room has been completed. He rarely shows up and works a few hours at night a couple days a week. Makes promises he does not keep. Gives excuses as to why he cant come. His work is very sloppy and unprofessional. Looks like a child did the work. Claims he bought all the material but does not have receipts. Trys to short cut and not do what he bidder. Had to fire him and will have to take him to small claims court for our money.

I have been a homeowner for over fifty years, living in four different residences requiring various tradesmen to perform a variety of jobs that I couldnâ t do. NEVER have I had the problems, disappointments and general dissatisfaction as I have with Marvin Forgueson and Superman Paint and Drywall Specialist. That opinion is based on the following: Upon agreeing to Marvinâ s bid, I requested that the job be done as quickly as possible and that he would have to move some boxes, tables and various tools and equipment to get to the area needing drywalling, finishing and painting. He agreed, citing â No problemâ . He failed to do either. I issued the first check on June 1, 2024. He didnâ t come back for three days. It is now over 90 days since he first started, and the job is still not completely done. He and only came by a few days a week for a few hours in evenings. My daughter and I moved most of the boxes and equipment hoping that would expedite the project. It did not. Despite my many phone calls to arrange when he could come back and finish, he often just didnâ t show up at an agreed upon day and time up citing a variety of excuses topped with, â I forgotâ . Currently, I am out $2,680, have an incomplete job but I refuse to continue having Marvin and his company do any further work on my property. In summary I found Marvin and Superman Paint and drywall Specialists unreliable, undependable, and unresponsive to a customerâ s requests.

He was unprofessional did not care never showed up on time had to have it all redone

Marvin was very efficient repaired a hole in my wall and painted got it done super fast did a great job will definitely use again and recommend anyone looking!

The owner scheduled a surgery after accepting our job. He barely did any work his assistant did most of the work. We have paint all over our floors and woodwork. Finally, we cannot get a paid-in-full receipt from the owner even though we asked numerous times.
