LOWES HOME IMPROVEMENT

Very poor customer service.  I was one question away from purchasing a $1000.00 refrigerator on-line from Lowe's.  The sales associate was supposed to return my call with an answer once he called GE support.  It's been more than a week later, I have never heard back from him. Now I'm glad I didn't, because I purchased the exact same refrigerator at Home Depot for $50.00 less than what Lowe's was advertising and I didn't have to wait for an answer to my question from their sales associate as she had the answer without having to contact the manufacturer.  Take my advice, save time and money, skip going to Lowe's and go to Home Depot first.  I'm glad I own NO stock in Lowe's.

The people that installed the doors did a horrible job. After the installation of the french doors, the first time it rained, water was coming into my house and my carpet was soaked! When they drilled the holes for the dead bolt, they drilled too close to the facade of the door and I could see the light shining through where there should not have been light! They patched it with wood putty. They didn't bring the correct hardware that I ordered for the main entry door and they had to go back to the store to get the right hardware. It practically took an act of Congress to get them to correct the water leakage problem, every time I called and spoke to the sales rep., she was very unprofessional and kept calling me 'Hon'. I would never recommend Lowe's for any sort of installation.

They came in did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. The only problem was that they measured my bedroom wrong the the carpet was installed a different direction, so I am trying to get some help resolving the issue from them.

Very fast and professional workers. Moved furniture and disposed of old carpet. Cleaned up after job was complete. Very nice job.

I THINK LOWES IS A VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL SERVICE. THEY REALLY SEEM TO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING I WOULD MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE IN THE HOBART AREA.

IT WAS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. THEY TORE OUT THE OLD CARPET AND PADDING AND HAULED IT AWAY FOR US. THE GUY DEFINITELY KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING AND HE MADE THE NEW LOOK GREAT.

I HAVE HAD GREAT LUCK WITH THEM. THEY WERE ON TIME FOR ALL OF THE APPOINTMENTS, AND THEY HAVE GOOD PRICES. I WOULD SAY TO TRY THEM! THEY ARE EXCELLENT, THEY ARE CAREFUL AND CLEAN.
