Found out last night I had a huge crack through plumbing stack. Left messages with multiple recommended plumbers. Dan was one of three that returned my call/email. Dan was able to rearrange a scheduled job to come assess my plumbing issue. He was quick to make some calls to adjust his schedule, so he was able to replace some pipe so I could use the water until he can get back to finish the re-piping my home. Extremely pleasant young man and quick to assess and fix the immediate problem!! He even cleaned up ALL his mess!!! Thank God there are honest contractors with integrity!!! Danny was excellent! Our water heater died over the weekend, so I had a day-and-a-half to educate myself on water heaters. On Sunday and Monday morning I started calling plumbing contractors and companies in our area. All the companies I called charged, what I felt were, incredibly high prices for the unit and the install...until I called dFlo. Danny has an A rating on Angie's list, and he sounded like a good plumber to me, so I called him. His prices were extremely fair and definitely more in line with what my husband and I had thought we should pay for the heater and the install. Our house needed a 50,000 BTU, 50 gallon natural gas water heater with a power vent, so my husband and I knew the unit would be expensive up-front; I had researched and had seen various unit prices online. Danny got us a great unit (same one some of the expensive companies were going to put in), the right size, with the specs we needed and wanted, he installed it the same day, and he was extremely professional, detailed, courteous, and focused. I saved hundreds of dollars (between $370 and $800 when compared with the quotes I had gotten from other plumbing companies in the area) by going with dFlo for our water heater and installation, and the unit is perfect! When the other companies tell you, "that's just the going rate for the type of water heater you need with the install," don't buy what they're saying or their products and services. They tell you what they do because they want to convince you to spend more than you have to spend. Bottom line: Go with dFlo Plumbing! And, thank you, Danny! They were a little expensive but they did the job. I had to get it done. They clearly missed with some other things. At first, they quoted me with their inspection of $350. The service was an additional $3000. I would use them only in emergencies.

Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, fair market pricing.  Explains what needs to be done, why.  Work is quality and guaranteed to standards.  Work is completed in a professional, timely and quality fashion.   Danny was referred to me by a good friend in the trades.    The first time I met him, Danny said his goal is to be our plumber.  Well, he now is and remains our plumber.   Based on his quality of work and knowledge, I recommend you call him as your plumbing needs arise and find out for yourself.

dFlo was on-time for the appointment and did very good work. Would recommend to all.

We really like them. He does an awesome job. They show up when they said they were going to show up. They are thorough, they know what they are doing, they texted back and forth, they were very communicative, and so it was a very good experience.
