I was impressed with the estimate representative's, Michael, professionalism and knowledge; this was the main reason that I hired this company. The painters were friendly and professional and I Do Not want to take anything away from them, because they did an excellent job. The reason I gave this company a "C" in professionalism has nothing to do with the representative or the painters. It has everything to do with their boss, Donald. He was totally disorganized and unprofessional. It seems to me that they need to hire a secretary or someone to take care of customer relations. Talking to him was a painful experience. He neither has any business sense nor any ability to speak to customers professionally. Also, it took them quite awhile to return my request for an estimate. Although Michael apologized profusely about that, I had very nearly written them off and was about to go with someone else. Also, it never seemed like anyone was around to answer the phone. With the painters professionalism in mind, I was willing to give them a second try. I needed someone to paint my living room and stairway ceiling, and I left a message stating that I would like an estimate. No one ever called back. I guess another company will gain due to their loss of a customer.
