This place is terribly incompetent. First, the electrician comes over and can't figure out what's wrong. Later, another electrician correctly diagnosed the problem to be on the pole and nipsco came and fixed. Then, they never sent a bill. Made sense to me, probably embarrassed. Nope. I started getting nasty messages from the real sweet lady that handles the books. And finally a bill arrives w the threat of a lawsuit and a mechanics lien. Funny thing, they never checked but I rent the place. Anyway, I have a mid 700 credit score. I pay my bills on time. And will pay this one. But now I'm inspired to share my story and hopefully save anyone else from dealing with them.
