 + -1 moreTHEY CAME OUT AND STARTED TRIMMING THE TREE, BUT DID NOT TOUCH THE BRANCH THAT WAS HANGING OVER THE HOUSE. I ASKED THEM ABOUT IT AND THEY SAID IT WASN'T ON THE WORK ORDER. THEY WOULD NOT REMOVE THE BRANCH AND IT IS STILL THERE.
Description of Work: THEY CAME OUT TO TRIM MY TREE THAT WAS DANGEROUSLY CLOSE TO MY HOME.
