Interior Painting, Wallpaper Removal
This guy was disaster from day one. Never showed up until late in the day despite promises that he would be there early. I paid a down payment and then he demanded more money before the job was complete. He kept adding more charges as the job progressed. Work was done very sporadically and finally stopped completely before completion. He would not answer or return phone calls from my phone, but did answer when I called from someone else's phone. He has never finished the job he started many months ago. Also, he makes a huge mess and doesn't clean up after himself. BEWARE OF THIS CROOK!

Exterior Painting
I paid him 1/3rd of the total cost at first then I would pay him at the end of the job. He had been doing great work and I was pleased, one day he caught me of guard asking for the 2nd 1/3rd. I gave it to him and slowly the work stopped and he disappeared. I have not seen or heard from him since. Avoid at all costs.
