Vern was gracious, responsive and professional.  He provided an estimate the day after I first called him.  He and his team showed up right on time for the job, worked efficiently, and did a great job of the tree and stump removal and also of the cleanup. Vern and Cut Rite were also very fairly priced.

Cut Rite will absolutely be my first call the next time we have tree needs.

I originally called and thought I would receive an answering machine do to the late hour, but the owner, Vern answered the phone. We spoke for a while and I explained to him what I needed. Within a day Vern came out and viewed the project and provided me with the estimate. A few days later I called and offered him the job. Vern said he would let me know when weather was good to do it. Vern called me and advised me he would do the job on the 29, and arrive at 8 AM. Vern and his crew arrived and did a fantastic job. They were like surgeons in cutting the trees down and trimming. They cleaned up the entire area removing all the cut wood, outstanding!!! The whole crew was great! I will be using the company again in the fall for some more work.

During the storm last night/early morning, we had an enormous section of a huge oak tree fall on our house. Not knowing what damage there might be to the roof, I called Cut Rite Services after seeing that they had good reviews and answered the phone for emergencies 24 hours a day. Sure enough, Vern picked up and was pleasant on the phone -- at 3:30am! He put us on the schedule for first thing in the morning to remove the tree from the house.
Vern showed up first thing in the morning to assess what needed to be done, and the trucks and crew arrived within the hour to take things down. They worked non-stop, got the job done, and the oak looks good, all things considered. I'm truly appreciative of this because we don't want to lose the tree if possible.
Amazingly, there was minimal damage to the roof from the tree falling -- some bent gutters and a small hole which they covered with a piece of tarp. They also cut down a section of a maple tree that had been badly damaged in the storm.
They did an amazing job cleaning up. Aside from the blue tarp, you'd never guess that we had half a tree on our roof this morning.
I can't comment on price because they are billing our insurance provider directly. Regardless of price, however, I would easily recommend Cut Rite Services.

Arrived on time did the work and cleaned up good. They forgot 2 small pieces of deadwood but are coming back to remove. Overall very good experiance. Will be first to call next time.

It took a little while to get on the schedule but the experience overall was very positive. They were professional and took their time to do a good job.
