The following is the letter I sent to this business: "I, as a customer, received a call from your service technician today at 2:10 pm. The caller was cancelling an appointment he was already late for. His speech was slurred and he was not making a lot of sense as if he was ill. As a matter of fact he even mentioned that he had fallen. After speaking with my wife (a physician) about the call, she suggested I call your office. Perhaps this man was ill or even needed help. So I called simply out of concern and possibly to reschedule my appointment. What happened next was beyond comprehension. A totally irrational woman verbally chastised me for talking about a deaf person; as if I had some magical ability to know that the man who called was deaf and using some sort of hearing device over the phone. I HAD NO WAY OF KNOWING THIS, nor did I say anything about him that was not solely out of concern. Perhaps this persons handicap is common to you, but it is not to most people and without prior knowledge it would be impossible for me or anyone else to have been aware of the situation. It is clear that this woman does not engage her mind before putting her mouth in gear. That being said, I can tell you that I would never do business with anyone so lacking in common courtesy or who is clearly so emotionally irrational."

This customer is unknown to us and when we called to try to resolve situation we were threatened. We also received a rambling threatening letter from this person.
