Ron was always on time, explained everything to us, answered any ?s we had, very thorough, and in the end very reasonably priced. I would have recommended Arrow to people. Seriously the best company we have had to work with.

It took multiple trips to get rid of all the bees. But they were true to their word and did not charge me for the return visits.

Called 3 companies for quotes. Arrow provided the most detailed and professional proposal. Price was higher but reduced to come closer to competitor's price. The person installing the system and interior treatment went through, in detail, what was going on and what he was doing.

The treatment lasted through August. I called them to reapply the treatment. They took my message, but never showed up. I called again in August. Still a no-show. It is coming up on Spring; and we fear that the ants will reappear. We have a year warranty on the work that was done. I would not recommend them to anyone who needs exterminating services.
