James was on time, followed through with the stated repairs. We are very happy with the end results and would galdly recommend his company to  others.

WILLS INTERIOR DRYWALL & PAINTING gave me a really good price. We had a bit of a problem getting together sometimes so they had to come a few times because of the blizzards we had. The weather was not cooperating with us. Once we got together, it all worked out. He was willing to work with me. He wanted to everything but allowed me to do somethings to keep the price down. He finished the work as soon as he could with the weather permitting. 

Mr. Wills came out and gave an estimate. He was punctual, coming when he said he would come. He measured and examined the repairs needed. We received the quote when promised. They were able to come out right away and make the repair. The workman who came and made the repair was very polite and professional. He cleaned up the work area and front porch. The repair looks great! We would defintely use them again.

James returned my contact immediately (emailed through his web site) and upon inspection of the work area the following day, provided a verbal estimate and suggestions for the repair and immediately scheduled the job for the following week. I received a written estimate prior to the initiation of the work. His employee showed up on time, skim coated one entire wall and repaired the ceiling in two separate locations in the basement. The ceiling required a textured surface match and the repair is indistinguishable from the original. The work required a second visit to sand the skim coat area after it dried. The employee was there on time and finished the work appropriately. The work area was left clean each visit.

Outstanding service and professionalism from estimate to completion of the job. I built my garage about ten years ago, but stopped working on it after the drywall was up. I began working on it again last year and just finished paneling the walls with knotty pine. Wills Interior Drywall came in and covered all the paneling with plastic, and working around all my stuff, finished the ceiling using a knock-down texture. It looks great!

He did a wonderful job but he had a person in here that we weren?t happy with. When my daughter came home that night and took a shower, she called to ask me if I knew why there was a piece of rubber and two little plastic pieces on the floor. The next time he came I asked him about it but he didn?t know anything about it so I asked if the helper would know but the helper was on a different project. Somehow, they got in the shower and broke a piece off of it. The rubber came off the top where it had been sealed. The guy?s work is wonderful but I feel like he lied to me because he knew something had happened to the shower. My daughter had taken a shower that morning and it was fine and she would have known if there was something wrong. Another thing is that I wrote him a check and I couldn?t find my checkbook anywhere so I thought maybe he picked it up. I found it back with my paint samples and I was embarrassed about that. Still, I didn?t like the answer he gave me; he said that you can?t trust anybody. My daughter went online and got a coupon from Angie?s List but he said he couldn?t honor it even though I hadn?t paid the bill yet. He told me that he wouldn?t take it because it wasn?t presented at first. Whoever works with him needs to be careful. I feel like he lied to me about the pieces that came off of the shower and I don?t know what he was doing in the shower. I think he could have covered things up a little bit more because there was a lot of dust. They always responded quickly and they were right there with any questions I had. My daughter and I decided that we would use him again if he was by himself and didn?t bring anyone with him.

Previous to calling Wills Interiors, I had another man who tried to repair the areas with no success at all, (not a company from Angie's List). Wills interiors repaired the damage and retextured the ceiling in the damaged areas. Pablo did such a good job. I cannot tell where the damage was, he was able to blend in the new texturing with the existing. I am so pleased with the work. James is easy to work with, is professional and prompt. I would definitely use this company again!

Excellent! James knew we were in a hurry, as we are putting the house on the market, so he went so far as to cut his vacation short by a day so he could start sooner. He did a great job of communicating, and his crews were prompt, polite, and very good about cleaning up after themselves. James checked with us regularly to make sure we knew what was going on and how the work was progressing. He always had time to respond to our questions and returned our calls promptly. He did a great job and earned every bit of his rating.

James was very prompt in setting up an appointment for the free estimate. During the walk-through, he was extremely thorough in explaining how he was going to repair the damaged drywall. James was very honest in his recommendations. Once my wife and I decided to have the work completed, James immediately scheduled us and initially told us it would take two days to complete. He was able to complete the work in only a day and did an incredible job. My wife and I were amazed at how smooth the finish was on the walls and couldn't even tell that the drywall had been repaired. The ceiling repairs looked as though they were brand new. A 6 ft. x 3 ft. area of textured ceiling was water damaged. I tried to repair it myself, but couldn't match the custom texture. I called Wills Interiors on a Saturday afternoon and e-mailed a photo of the damage to James Wills so he could estimate the repair cost. James e-mailed the quote Sunday morning and he performed the work on Monday morning. James was highly motivated to perform the work. He arrived on time and was very professional (wore shoe covers in the house, taped plastic sheeting in the area to prevent joint compound from getting on the floor, walls and furniture, etc.) The quality of the repair was excellent - he was able to closely match the custom texture. Additionally, the actual cost of the repair ($185) was below the estimate ($200). I painted the repair myself. After the patch was painted, the ceiling looks likes new. I highly recommend Wills Interiors for any drywall repair work. I will be using them again as needed.

I had hired another drywaller who was injured just before my job was going to start so he was unavailable. I wanted to get my project started and Wills Interiors was recommended to me by a contractor on Angie's List. James Wills contacted me when I was told he would and pulled what strings that he could to start my project on time. Pablo was the drywaller assigned to give my walls a " level five" face lift. And indeed he did! He was very professonal. He showed up on time on the days that he was suppose to, worked a full day and was always willing and able to answer my guestion. Before anything was done my entire stairway and hall were covered with plastic to protect my carpet. All affected doorways were covered with plastic and zippers were placed in several so that we could still enter the hallway. Having two levels of your house skim coated is not an easy thing to go thru because the drywall dust gets on everything. But Wills Interiors did there best to keep the dust down. The final results were worth the dust! Once the job was complete our wall looked amazing!!! They are smoother than they were when our house was new and the big, long crease is now where to be found. I almost hate to put up pictures to hide my beautiful walls.

Overall experience was great. I received 3 quotes and they were all within $100 of each other. I selected Wills Interiors due to knowledge in drywall. Since I was requesting a Level 5 finish on the drywall, James was insistent that he prime the walls and ceilings so any imperfection in the finish would show. Until you put a coat of primer or paint on drywall, the imperfections are very hard to see. Without primer, you can only find the imperfections by feel. Very tough to pick up with the eye. James and his crew were very professional, punctual, and very clean throughout this process. I work for one of the largest construction firms in the state and I would gladly recommend James for your next project. I will be utilizing him again for the 2nd phase of our renovation.
