Tom Truesdale and his team did a fantastic job with the renovations in our home. We were very impressed with the professionalism throughout the process. Tom Truesdale gave great suggestions during planning stage, his quote was on target with final cost, and the updates were completed in the time estimated. They did a great job and we would recommend him highly to our family and friends.

It was pretty involved because we had to dig a trench and lay a long drainage pipe. The professionalism of Tom and his crew was very good. They give you a straight and upfront assessment as to what it was going to be. They would give you some recommendations and then work with you to your budget. Tom is a general contractor and he has some good service people that he has at his back and call. He knows where the good people are to get the job done. The pricing is fair.

We made a change in the plan for the steps and opening and Tom gave us a better option. We had to pay a little more but he tore out some of the structure and reconfigured the steps. We are very pleased.

We were VERY impressed with the professionalism and promptness of TsT. The job included running an electric circuit for the floor heater in addition to the ceramic tile work. The sub-contractors were also very professional and polite.
During the planning stage, TsT made several quality suggestions concerning the in-floor heater that were very insightful. The job took a little longer to do than we expected - but that was in part due to the complexity of the work and because of the tiling pattern that we chose.
Overall, we can say without any reservations that TsT Home Improvement did a top rated job and we would not hesitate to use them in the future.
