I had some painting, window repair, cememt repair, carpentary and plumbing completed by Tim's company. It went great!

I spent most of my free time trying to track him down.  I later found I was overcharged.  My garage roof was not performed properly as he did not replace the sheeting.  The roof sagged after he was done.  He had to replace the gutters and paid a subcontractor to do so, but did not pay them to replace the downspouts.  When I requested  them done, he claimed he would, but never showed up.  Finally, after much coaxing, he sent the men, but they did not perform the work properly.  It was obvious, they were upset from not being paid.  The same thing happened when he contracted someone to bring down a dead tree in my front yard.  They would not come back to remove the stump because they were not paid.  This man presented himself as a Christian.  When problems arose from the gutters, he became angry.  This is only one example.  There are others.

He did a mediocre work. His price was excellent. I would not use him again in the future.
