I am constantly amazed with this amazing company and their quality service.  They go above and beyond! 

I pay an annual fee which includes 2 inspections each year.  The cost for that is extremely reasonable and includes Tune-up, Testing and adjustments to the unit.  This company is amazing and the costs are very reasonable.   Always prompt and courteous. 

I had scheduled a yearly inspection for our A/C on 7/10/14 after another provider failed to show up. On 7/6/14 we noticed that the A/C was not blowing cold air or any air for that matter and the house was heating up. I ended up calling him at around 9am the next morning 7/7/14. He came out at 1:10pm the same day and replaced the capacitor. The A/C was working perfectly. He said he would come back on 7/10/14 to do the yearly inspection and we could settle the bill at that time. He was prompt on 7/10/14 and finished cleaning, checking the refrigerant, and making sure the A/C was working to our satisfaction. I promptly scheduled him to check our furnace in the fall. I highly recommend this company. He was very nice and explained everything that he did. I was so happy to find someone close to home that seemed very honest.

Tand D as been our preferred service provider for several years. We are happy to share with Angie's List the friendly and outstanding service this small, independent service company always provides. We recommend them to all our friends and neighbors. Our actual bill on this service call was only $7.00 for a filter. The balance of the $397.00 invoice was for renewal of our annual service contract for all three residence we own.

Sitting in an appointment this morning in my office building (which I own), I began to notice it was getting chilly and soon discovered the furnace was blowing cold air.

Travis has been the godsend of my business from soon after we purchased our 112 year old building over 3 years ago. I called his office shortly after noon and they told me he was out on a job but would try to get to me as soon as possible.

At 1:20pm he had replaced the defective part and was walking out my door to the tune of an extremely reasonable price.

I have lost count of the number of times I have done business with Travis between my office and home since meeting him, but I could not recommend T and D more highly. The work ethic is second to none and I am treated like an old friend.

Their work was excellent. In fact they are coming back today to install a humidifier. They are from right here in Avon and their prices are very fair. They are very, very smart about what they are doing and they know their product. I would refer them to anyone that asked.

I have had a lot of work done both at my office and at my residence and would highly recommend Tand D. They nursed an old worn-out air conditioning unit through a full 1st summer for me at an office building we renovated, giving us a full season of AC before we had to replace the unit, then they replaced the unit for us at a very reasonable price. The furnace is old but still getting along, and they have come many times within even an hour a couple of times to bail me out when it was something simple I could have done. Even better, they didn't jab me in price when they came on short notice for something small. I've never doubted that I could call them and the job would be done quickly, well, reasonably priced, and by really pleasant people.

They were very, very good. I am happy with their services and I would recommend them.
