Him, his foreman Todd Everett and Bille Romine manager appear to have no conscience at all. Ripped off old couple. We checked out the company and found no bad news but later discovered that the contractor himself has had these sort of issues his whole life. We are pursuing criminal charges. They botched this job so badly that it will cost more than they wanted to fix their work. When I complained, they invited us to sue them. So be it.
