My husband and I recently purchased a beautiful ranch home on about an acre lot. When we took possession, the lawn needed to be mowed. We do not have any equipment to be able to mow. I saw Scott drive into the neighborhood and stop in front of a neighbor's home and begin to unload his equipment. I walked over and introduced my-self and explained out situation. Scott immediately came over and took a look at the property/job and provided me with a price quote, which I felt was more than fair. He did give me a small break as he was already in the neighborhood and unloaded. He explained his billing policy and I was agreeable to the terms. My lawn was mowed, trimmed and looking nice inside the hour.
