It went really well. Eric was very prompt in getting in contact with me and my roommate once he had heard of the problem. He was very good about communicating with us about what was happening within our house and the problems that we were having. He did a great job about getting in to our house as quick as possible in order to fix the problem. Every time he came back to fix an issue in the house, he made sure to give us a call ahead of time. He was very courteous. Aside from that. he and the team were very efficient about fixing the problem. They followed up to make sure that all of it was taken care of and that we were satisfied with the work. They did a good job of making sure that we were satisfied. I am very happy with the work that they did at our house.

It went very well. The service was done very timely- within a month of the estimate! He communicated with me when things would be done as it was done in stages. Very easy to work with and the work completed was superb!! Definitely would recommend!

Our roof was damaged by hail in August 2012. Eric Kline was giving our neighbor an estimate so I asked him to give us a second opinion, after a contractor our insurance agent recommended had given one earlier in the day. Eric was very straightforward with us, and worked with the insurance adjuster and made sure everything was covered. Their roofing crew was professional and courteous, and did a good job cleaning up afterward. The gutter crew was also excellent, and worked with me on re-directing some of the downspouts that I had been planning to do on my own. I had to call the roofers back out to deal with an elusive flashing leak, but they were very good about fixing it quickly, and making sure it was fixed.
