 + -1 moreHE TOOK OUR DOWN PAYMENT FOR MATERIALS AND BASICALLY DISAPPEARED. HE GAVE EXCUSES AT FIRST AND NOW WE JUST DON'T HEAR FROM HIM. WATCH OUT FOR THIS GUY HE'S VERY MILD-MANNERED.
